Admissions Process.

Below is the process for applying to join Kingswood. Our highly experienced Admissions Team will guide you throughout. They are here to answer your questions, help you to navigate anything that is unfamiliar, and generally provide guidance and reassurance during the process.

1. CONTACT US

Fill out the form found in "CONTACT" page clearly indicating the level of education, school and how you'd like to help you. For a full list of services we provide, click SERVICES. If you prefer to contact us by other methods, you will find a number of different ways in CONTACT page.

2. ASSESSMENT & REPLY

Our admissions team will assess your enquiry, and if required, discuss the situation with our Head tutor in order to help in the best way possible. We will reply back as soon as possible.

3. CONSULTATION

In most cases, we can start the lessons straight away. In some cases, you may require more information or explanation to the plan our experts have drawn out. The consultation will be carried out with our Head tutor who will make everything clear and concise.

4. LEVEL TEST

In the case where the performance of the student is unclear from school records and requires an expert analysis, the student will be asked to sit a test designed by our tutors to be completed at a given date and time.

5. CHOOSING THE RIGHT PROGRAMME & NUMBER OF LESSONS

Subject-tutor will plan a number of lessons for you for the first month, and make adjustments accordingly. The student and the parents will be connected to the tutor via a messaging platform such as WhatsApp. Here, the pastoral tutor will be assigned too.

6. FEES & PAYMENT

We ask our new clients to pay for the first month's fees in advance. After the first month, an invoice will be sent at the end of each month. If you are unhappy after the first lesson, we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Kingswood is built on a foundation of Christian values, one of which is serving others which is our passion lies in giving back to the community. Our pro bono work is a symbol of our faith and beliefs which ultimately shines through Him. Over the years, we have helped many students and their families in overcoming challenges in an array of sectors and we will continue to do so for many years to come.

Our bursary system works simply by having a genuine, heart-felt conversation with our Head tutor, Dr Peter. There are no applications to fill and no tests. Once decided, you will be a part of our good cause charity company, 8OPE.
